Mount Vernon
Having made a mental note to myself to visit some of the local attractions this year, in the spirit of the 4th of July, we toured Mount Vernon today. We had a wonderful visit and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the northern Virginia/Washington DC area. This picture is the first view you'll see of the estate. We can't decide if it's considered the front or back. I guess we should have asked while we were there!
